Today, in a 9-7 decision, the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals ruled against an injunction previously placed against Ohio’s Down Syndrome Non-Discrimination Act. The 2017 Ohio law bans abortionists from doing discriminatory abortions on unborn babies with Down syndrome. It also bans sex-selection abortions and abortions because of the baby’s race.
