My Body, My Choice
The emergent COVID regimes—taking a page from the Nazi playbook—are singling out a group as unclean contaminants and a contagious threat to society. Politicians are engaging shamelessly in hate speech, willfully inciting detestation of the unvaccinated. Meanwhile, the COVID vaccine-hesitant are guilty of nothing more than a difference of opinion, on the one hand, and on the other hand, opposition to state control over their bodies.
Prior to COVID, the “My Body, My Choice” slogan was ubiquitous in the fight for abortion rights. And up until yesterday, one couldn’t argue against it without being deemed a hateful misogynist. Enter COVID, and overnight, the “My Body, My Choice” ideal was quashed. The reasoning? Legalistically speaking, our “bodily autonomy is not absolute.” Recently, lawyers representing the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) came out saying precisely that, using the anti-abortion perspective to support vaccine mandates.

Bodily autonomy, once taken for granted is now disallowed with President Biden’s unholy and illegal mandate that all must be vaccinated regardless of the dangers of untested (unless we are the uninformed guinea pigs) vaccine shots which have proven deadly to many, against the spiritual belief system of others, and results (in many who do comply) actually becoming carriers/transmitters of the virus.
In actuality, the vaccine is perhaps causing more harm than the disease. Just ask Jessica Berg Wilson… Oh, right! You can’t. This 37-year-old mother of two wanted to become a roommother for her children. This caused her to quell her inhibition to get the vaccine.
Wilson’s obituary says that “during the last weeks of her life… the world turned dark with heavy-handed vaccine mandates.” She had been opposed to getting the vaccine but did so in order to become a room mom for her two young kids.
“In her mind, the known and unknown risks of the unproven vaccine were more of a threat. But, slowly, day by day, her freedom to choose was stripped away,” the obituary said.

I believe that my healthcare decisions under the mantra “My Body, My Choice” are valid when Americans peacefully protest the loss of rights in a socialist agenda that actually results in death and illness not only for those vaccinated but for others. We are in a media war: Who to believe? We’re admonished that this is a matter of life and death on one hand, but on the other, we’re warned not to fall for the rhetoric because “The Vaccinated account for 77% of Covid-19 deaths this summer. If an abortion is successful, the intended victim dies; his/her mother walks away. Unfortunately, she will never be the same even though her body is not physically harmed in most cases. The overall point is that biology does not determine when human life begins. It is a question that can only be answered by appealing to our values, examining what we take to be human.

Today, in light of mandated vaccines, we are the ones (figuratively) on the table of abortion/euthanasia while others debate the value of our very existence based on their personal preference.
