Republican South Carolina Sen. Lindsey Graham unveiled amended legislation that would limit abortion past the fifteenth week of a woman’s pregnancy. The newest version of the Pain-Capable Unborn Child Protection Act would ban abortions after 15 weeks, with exceptions for rape, incest, and the life of the mother.

Life begins at conception. Abortion is legalized murder.
