The rapper Cardi B repeatedly raised the prospect of giving free health care to all Americans during an interview with presumptive Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden. The former vice president never stated his opposition to providing free health care for all, despite previously suggesting he would veto a Medicare-for-All bill if Democrats passed one.
