Kansas House Passes Amendment Saying There’s No Right to Kill Babies in Abortions – LifeNews.com

In a victory for life Friday, the Kansas House approved a state constitutional amendment to make it clear that there is no right to abortion in the state. The Value Them Both amendment passed in an 86-38 vote, surpassing the two-thirds majority required to amend the state constitution.
