Emergency responders from the East of England Ambulance Service (EEAST) have received recognition for saving the lives of a mother and premature baby in Chelmsford, Essex. Paramedic Rachel Watts was the first to arrive at the scene after being assigned to the call by Chelmsford Emergency Operations Centre.
