For some time now, Planned Parenthood has denied performing abortions at its facility in Wilkes-Barre, in northeastern Pennsylvania. But recently, the center has been added to the Pennsylvania Health Department list of abortion facilities in Pennsylvania. (The total list of free-standing abortion centers numbers 18, but two are listed as closed.)
