Thousands of Kansans gathered in Topeka on Wednesday, January 28, for the 2026 Kansas March & Rally for Life, marking one of the largest crowds in recent years. Attendees marched from the Topeka Performing Arts Center to the south steps of the Kansas State Capitol, where a strong showing of young people stood alongside longtime advocates.
