An abortionist who works at the Hagerstown Reproductive Health Services in Hagerstown, Maryland, has been doing so on an expired medical license since September 30, 2019. Pro-life activists told Operation Rescue that they have observed Delhi E. Thweatt, Jr. repeatedly entering the Hagerstown Reproductive Health Services abortion facility since his medical license expired.

Kelly was 32-years old when she and her husband went to Hillcrest Women’s Medical Center in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania on June 19, 1996 for an 8th week abortion. Her doctor for the abortion that day was Delhi Thweatt, M.D., and he was told that Kelly was asthmatic and allergic to the “caine” medicines which includes Lidocaine.
