Judge Rules Texas Lawsuit Can Go Forward, Planned Parenthood May Have to Pay $1.8 Billion Over Fraud – LifeNews.com

A judge has ruled that a lawsuit Texas filed against the nation’s biggest abortion business can move forward. Texas officials have filed a lawsuit against Planned Parenthood saying that the abortion business filed millions in false Medicaid claims for which it improperly received taxpayer reimbursement.

Yesterday, the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit ruled 11-5 that Texas can disqualify Planned Parenthood from the state’s Medicaid program. The favorable ruling follows a 2015 lawsuit when Texas stopped Planned Parenthood from receiving Medicaid reimbursements after undercover videos revealed the abortion giant trafficked baby body parts.
