Massachusetts passed a radical pro-abortion law Tuesday to legalize abortions up to birth and allow young girls to abort their unborn babies without a parent’s knowledge or consent. The state Senate voted 32-8 to override Gov. Charlie Baker’s veto of the ROE Act following the House vote Monday, MassLive reports.

Massachusetts lawmakers are slated to consider a bill Monday to expand legalized abortions for basically any reason up to birth in their state. In an email this week, the Massachusetts Family Institute urged pro-life advocates to attend a public hearing at 1 p.m. Monday at the Boston State House when lawmakers will consider the bill.
