National Day of Remembrance for Aborted Children

I had every intention of attending this event this morning, but God had other plans. Instead, I’m praying from my home and taking the time to attempt to write something that will encourage those who courageously provide a voice for the voiceless, comfort those who regret past abortions, plead for an end to abortion in America, and motivate those who say they are pro-life to join the abolitionist movement in this horrendous civil war. In fact, many people have awakened since the 180 Movie was released.
Many other minds are being changed since “Unplanned” has been released.
It’s been a tough week. My blog, EmpowerShop ProLife crashed earlier in the week, so I’ve gotten behind in my usual social media/internet promotion of the pro-life cause. After prayerfully considering my options, I decided to try to change the focus of the blog from promoting boycotts of companies that support Planned Parenthood (including Democrats) to motivational information about how we can and must do more. Pressing “like” on a Facebook isn’t enough, however; we must show up, speak up, vote and pray for God to show each of us what we can do until abortion is unthinkable and acknowledged as the criminal act of murder of the most vulnerable among us. I started the revised blog under empowershop.com. I’m planning on the domain “Abolitionist Arise” abolitionistarise.net if it is available. The tag line is “Passionately ProLife”.

Even in my disappointment, I have every reason to be optimistic that God is answering our prayers and despite the recent democratic debate, most Americans are against abortion/infanticide. Even in 2018, Jeanne Mancini, President of March for Life shared many polls about our pro-life majority: Young People Set to Impact the Debate on Women’s Health Issues.

The March for Life 2020 is definitely one of the ways that you can declare your passion for this worthy cause.
Priests for Life is another organization that passionately shares our mission. They caution us that “America will Not Reject Abortion Until America Sees Abortion“.
I was already on edge emotionally because of the change in plans this morning when this shocking article “Abortionist Dies and Police Find Remains of Over 2,200 Aborted Babies in His Home” was shared via my Facebook notifications: I just burst out in tears to my husband’s chagrin.
If what he did was legal, perhaps there were no requirement for proper disposal? Ridiculous! Yet, it seems so paradoxical to be appalled at this discovery of the babies being dumped on his property if we don’t care about the brutality of their demise. We’ve heard much Live Action about the trial of Center for Medical Progress (CMP) investigators David Deleiden and Sandra Merritt for exposing the sale of baby body parts. Again, if we’re not appalled about the abortion, does it matter what happens to the remains?
I’ve had a pro-life blog since 2012 when I began to share articles from LifeNews, Life Site News, Live Action News, Operation Rescue and other organizations. Lord willing, in my revised blog, I’ll be sharing some of the same with the added goal to provide each of you with the resources to become passionately engaged in this new civil war to show once more that in America, people are human beings from conception to natural death and NOT property to be destroyed at whim. God help us to repent and for revival to come to America.
