During his State of the Union address tonight, joe Biden will promote abortion by highlighting Kate Cox – a Texas woman Democrats and the liberal media are exploiting to push abortions. Cox had a disabled baby with the Trisomy 18 condition that Democrats like Biden falsely claim is “incompatible with life.”
