Planned Parenthood and other abortion businesses in Pennsylvania are still open and still doing abortions – despite new regulations prohibiting elective procedures. On Thursday, March 19, the Governor ordered all ambulatory surgical facilities to prohibit any elective procedures as part of his new executive government mandate on closures due to the COVID-19 mitigation plan.
