Alex Padilla, the California politician chosen to fill Kamala Harris’s open U.S. Senate seat, received high praise from the Planned Parenthood abortion chain this week. Gov. Gavin Newsom announced Padilla as his choice for the position Tuesday. Padilla is the California Secretary of State and a former state senator.
