( LifeSiteNews) – Over the weekend, all Senate Democrats voted against an amendment from Senator Marco Rubio (R-FL) which affirmed that only women can have babies.

Since only biological females can become pregnant I offered an amendment to limit our federal pregnancy programs to biological females
