The Senate has passed the One Big Beautiful Bill, which will defund the Planned Parenthood abortion business. Vice President J.D. Vance broke a 50-50 tie to get the measure approved. Vance had to break the tie after three Republican senators voted no on the measure: Sens. Rand Paul, Thom Tillis, and Susan Collins.
