A West Virginia House committee passed a pro-life bill Tuesday to inform women about the abortion pill reversal procedure before she goes through with an abortion. The Herald-Dispatch reports the Health and Human Resources Committee approved the Second Chance at Life Act (state House Bill 2982) in a 19-5 vote.
