In a huge pro-life victory, the House of Representatives has blocked Joe Biden from hijacking the PEPFAR program to force Americans to fund abortions or the promotion of abortion worldwide. The PEPFAR program (President’s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief) is a bipartisan program that has ben successful worldwide in fighting AIDS and combating HIV.
