Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton filed a lawsuit today against a New York doctor who illegally sent abortion pills to a pregnant woman in Texas. New York physician Margaret Daley Carpenter trafficked the drugs across state lines without possessing a Texas medical license or authorization to practice telemedicine in the state.
